How do I return an item?
To return an item, you will first need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from us before sending the item(s) back. This number is necessary to ensure we can identify your order and that the correct regulations are followed during the return process.
Steps to Return an Item:

Obtain an RMA Number:
- Please contact support / open a support ticket to obtain an RMA Number from the helpdesk.

Prepare Your Return Shipment:
- Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and include the RMA Packing Slip with the shipment.

Ship the Item(s):
- Send the package to the address provided during the RMA process.
- Ensure you use a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery.
